Big5 Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

By accessing the site big5.best, create an account, make any deposit, or use any service available on the platform, you confirm that:

• Has fully read and understood these Terms and Conditions;
• Is at least 18 years of age;
• You are a resident of Brazil and are accessing the platform from Brazilian territory;
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date;
• You are not prohibited by any applicable law from participating in online betting and gambling activities;
• You are acting on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.

The big5 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify compliance with these conditions. Failure to respond to any verification request may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.

To create an account on the big5 and use the platform's services, users must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Minimum age: be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. big5 does not permit access by minors under any circumstances and conducts regular age verification checks. Accounts identified as belonging to minors will be immediately closed and all funds returned;
• Residency: you must be a resident of Brazil. Users residing in territories where online betting is expressly prohibited by local law are not eligible;
• Valid document: hold an active and valid CPF registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal). The CPF is uniquely linked to the account — more than one registration per CPF is not permitted;
• Legal capacity: have full legal capacity to enter into contracts, as established by the Brazilian Civil Code (Law No. 10.406/2002);
• Not on a self-exclusion list: users who have requested self-exclusion from the platform or from national betting exclusion systems may not create new accounts during the active exclusion period.

• KYC Verification: big5 may request identification documents (national ID, driver's license, proof of address) to verify your identity at any time, especially before processing withdrawals above R$ 1,000.00. Failure to complete verification within the stated timeframe may result in a temporary suspension of withdrawals.

The big5 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that shows suspicious activity, violates these Terms, or fails to complete the identity verification process when requested.

The big5 accepts the following deposit methods for Brazilian users:

• Pix: available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. The balance is credited instantly upon payment confirmation. Compatible with all Brazilian banks — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa, Santander, and all other institutions participating in the Banco Central's Pix system;
• Boleto bancário: with a settlement period of up to 2 business days after payment. The boleto is valid for 3 calendar days from the date of issue;
• Credit or debit card: of the major card networks available in Brazil. Processing may take anywhere from a few minutes up to 1 business hour;
• PicPay and Mercado Pago: Brazilian digital wallets accepted for deposits, with funds credited within up to 30 minutes;
• TED Transfer: by banks including Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and others, with the balance credited within 1 business day.

The big5 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrencies, international transfers, or any payment method not listed above. Deposits made through unauthorized methods will be reversed and the account may be suspended.

Depositing funds derived from illegal activities is strictly prohibited. big5 cooperates fully with Brazilian authorities in investigations of money laundering and other illicit activities, as required by applicable law.

The big5 processes Pix withdrawals in under 2 minutes after approval — available 24 hours a day, including weekends and public holidays. See the conditions below:

• Minimum withdrawal: R$ 30.00 per transaction;
• Maximum withdrawal: R$ 50,000.00 per transaction for verified accounts. Accounts still under review have a reduced withdrawal limit of R$ 5,000.00 per transaction;
• Preferred method: Pix to the key registered on the account. big5 may require that the withdrawal be made to the same key used for the deposit, as an anti-fraud measure;
• Verification before withdrawal: big5 may request supporting documentation before processing withdrawals above R$ 1,000.00, particularly for first-time requests. Please have a recent government-issued ID and proof of address available;
• Bonus balance: only real funds (not bonus funds) may be withdrawn. Bonus balances must be wagered in accordance with the conditions described in Section 7 before they can be converted into withdrawable funds.

By using the Sports Betting services of the big5, the user agrees to the following general rules:

• Minimum bet: R$ 1.00 per ticket. There is no fixed maximum bet — limits vary by market, event, and account level;
• Bet confirmation: by confirming a ticket, you accept the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation. big5 is not responsible for odds fluctuations between the time you added the selection to the ticket and the moment of confirmation on live bets;
• Live betting: live betting markets may be temporarily suspended during key moments (goal, card, stoppage) while odds are recalculated. Bets placed during a market suspension may be voided and the stake returned to your balance;
• Event cancellation: if an event is cancelled or postponed by more than 48 hours from the original scheduled time, all bets on that event are cancelled and the amounts returned to the user's balance;
• Odds errors: big5 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds (due to technical or input errors), notifying the user and returning the staked amount;
• Accumulator bets: in parlays, if one selection is voided (due to a postponed event, for example), the bet continues with the remaining selections and that selection's odds are recalculated to 1.00.

The big5 offers a welcome bonus, weekly promotions, and special deals for registered users. All bonuses are subject to the conditions outlined below and in the specific terms of each promotion:

• Welcome bonus: 100% match on your first deposit up to R$ 500.00. Available to new users who have not yet made any deposit. To claim, the minimum eligible deposit is R$ 20.00;
• Rollover requirement: the bonus balance must be wagered a set number of times before it can be withdrawn. The specific rollover requirement is always stated on each promotion's page. In general, the welcome bonus rollover is 10x the bonus amount on bets with minimum odds of 1.50;
• Validity: bonuses have an expiration period starting from the moment they are credited. Any unused bonus or incomplete rollover within that period will result in automatic cancellation of the bonus balance;
• One bonus at a time: two active bonuses cannot be held on the same account at the same time. Users must complete or cancel the active bonus before requesting another;
• Using bonuses on live betting and casino: unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonuses may be used on Sports Betting as well as Live Casino and slots.

• RTP (Return to Player): each game has a certified Return to Player (RTP) percentage provided by its supplier. This percentage is calculated over millions of rounds and does not guarantee any specific outcome for an individual session;
• Crash games: games such as crash — where the multiplier grows until it hits a random point — have outcomes determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) algorithm. No strategy can guarantee a win in these games;
• Technical failures: if a disconnection occurs during a live casino or slots session, the outcome of the round in progress is recorded by the big5 server. If the round was completed before the disconnection, the result stands. If it was not completed, the wagered amount is returned to the user's balance;
• Bet limit: each Live Casino table and each slot has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, displayed before the session begins.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the big5 and will result in immediate account closure and possible withholding of funds:

• Creating more than one account or providing false information during registration;

• Sharing your account with third parties or allowing others to use your login credentials to place bets;

You can request the closure of your account at big5 at any time, without providing a reason, by contacting support at contato@big5.best. Before the account is closed:

• Withdrawals of any available real balance will be processed normally, provided the user is in compliance with these Terms;
• Any unconverted bonus balances will be automatically cancelled upon account closure;
• Any open bets at the time a closure request is submitted will be settled before the account is permanently closed.

The big5 may also close or suspend accounts unilaterally and without prior notice in cases of: violation of these Terms, confirmed fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or by order of a competent authority. In such situations, any available real balance may be temporarily withheld pending the outcome of any investigations.

The big5 handles all users' personal data in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13.709/2018). Data collected during registration and platform use is used exclusively for:
